Chicken is one item where the combinations are just countless. There are umpteen number of ways in making chicken and sometimes when you don’t have the time or not in the mood for an elaborate experiment, this would be the prefect make.
In the past week, all of us in the family were not keeping well. My husband was laid up with fever and then my daughter. I have been with cold and cough for more than two weeks now and fortunately only my son was spared. After all this uneasiness, we wanted to have something that would taste better to our mouths. Cooking up chicken is easy and so I opted it. But I had no energy left to experiment something with it, so went with the easiest way of cooking and ended up with this.
This is spicy and tangy and was welcome by all of us. We thoroughly enjoyed it with hot rice and my kids opted to have them Roti ( Indian Bread). After some days of feel of sour tastes in the mouth, this was a treat.
