Snacks time is one challenge for me as my kids are fussy eaters. I try many mix and match combinations to get them have their food the way they would like it the most. Yesterday. I happened to visit the grocers and supermarket for the refills and that is when I happened to see these creamy crackers smiling at me.
Often late, when we visit my in-laws, my daughter has developed a liking to this crackers. My father-in-law has them and she sits with him during tea time and munches on them. They are neither sweet nor salty. Usually the sugarless creamy crackers is what we purchase.So I thought, I would get them and make something different for them, so they would like it more.
A very simple munch this is. Within minutes, it is ready and your family would love it . Perfect for parties or just as a tea time snack. You could also pack them for kids to school. They would just love it.
Servings – 2
8 slices of Creamy Crackers
2 slices of Cheese
Yellow and Red bell peppers cut into thin strips – a few of each
. Lay the crackers on a plate.
. Cut the cheese slices to medium sized square shapes.
. Place the cheese slice on one cracker. Top it with the pepper slices and cover with the other cracker.
. Enjoy the yummy munch.
I gave my kids these crackers with a handful of pomegranate. A very healthy snack that they really enjoyed.
Note : You could make the sandwich with any filling of your choice. You could make it spicy or sweet with the fillings that you fill with.
