Next time you have some left over bread and thinking on what to do, just take this recipe and you would have a lovely pudding. This was often made by my mom and we just loved it. It is very simple and just takes a few minuted to get it done. No baking, just steaming and there you have a lovely dessert, tea snack or just a munch that could be had at any time of the day.
Today, after lunch, I was in deep thoughts as to what I could make for my son when he gets back from school. That is indeed a process for me as he now expects something different and special, after I have turned to blogging, when he gets back…lol…Anyways on my hunt for what to make in less time, I saw some bread and the required ingredients for this pudding and I immediately decided. He just loves it. By the time he was back from school, when he saw this, he was so happy and had his tummy full. It really feels great to see your lil ones enjoy what they love.
This could be made in any pan of your choice. For a change I used the idli steamer pans and it was really great…
