Pancakes are a favorite breakfast item at my home. My kids just love them. They are easy to make and saves a lot of your time. Different varieties of pancakes could be made. I have had pancake mixes before of different varieties like choco chips, strawberry , etc. This time I thought I would make it different as I had some bananas at home, that were getting ripened very fast and I did not want to waste them. So I tried with this and it did turn out good. Simple breakfast and easy way to get with ripe bananas at home.
