Paneer or known as cottage cheese is made from milk. This could be made either at home, or you could buy from the stores. However, I tried making this at home this time and I got it right. My kids love paneer and in any form that I make, they just finish the entire dish at a go. This is one new dish that I tried with paneer and it did turn out good.
