Mushrooms are always my favorites. Whenever I happen to see a mushroom packet in the supermarket, I instantly grab them. Their so easy to make and lovely in taste and so many varieties could be done with them. I actually intended to make a dish that I saw in a cookery show last day, but then changed my mind in the process and cooked up this dis, which again is my way of cooking mushroom in cream…..lol….But believe me it is really very tasty and the bowls are all empty now …..Should give a try.
