Last weekend was hectic for me with lots of functions to attend and lots of travelling to be done. By the time I was back home, it was Sunday evening. I had to think of something for dinner, yet I was to tired to spent lots of time in the kitchen. While checking around, the Spaghetti pack happened to catch my eye, and I had some cooked meat too. So I came up with this simple and easy recipe.
Serves – 4-5
Ingredients
Spaghetti – 1/2 pack
Cooked Meat – 3 cups
Onions – 1/4 cup finely chopped
Bell Peppers – 1/4 cup cubed ( I had green and so I used them)
Tomato Puree – 1 tbsp
Tomato Sauce – 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 1/4 cup finely chopped
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
Method
. Cook the spaghetti as per the packet instructions and keep aside.
. In a hot pan, add some olive oil. Saute the onions and bell pepper.
. When it gets soft and tender, add cooked meat.
. Mix well and to this add the puree and sauces and stir well.
. When mixed well, add the spaghetti and give a good mix.
. Season with salt and pepper.
Note: I had a salad dressing of dried basil and thyme. I added this just before serving,as my own experiment, and take it, it was really great !!! Experiments is what my cooking is all about…lol… !!!
looks simply delicious. if i were you and tired from the weekend, i would’ve skipped the cooking. 😉
lol….that is when we end up in instant cooking….lol…
