A very simple and easy snack that could be prepared with a few minutes . Crispy and yummy and when you have that loaf of too many bread around, you could get into this simple recipe and enjoy your snack.
Bread -8 slices
Onion – 1 medium size
Garlic – 4 cloves
Ginger – 1 tsp
Chilly Powder – 1/2 tsp
Green Chilies – 3 nos
Grated Coconut – 2 tbsp
Oil – 3 tbsp
. Chop onion,garlic,ginger, chilies and keep aside.
. Pour 2 tsp oil ,fry them and add chilly powder, grated coconut and cilantro.
. Remove the sides of the bread ,dip in water and squeeze excess water.
. Add the fried item to the bread and knead.
. Shape them into cutlets and fry them in hot oil.
. Serve hot with sauce.
