This was a spontaneous recipe that I made and it was indeed very tasty. Simple to make and loved by all. Could be made for tiffins, snacks, meals or anytime of the day. Actually I had some Butter Nan`s that I had made and so I thought, why not make something with them and then it resulted in this recipe.
Serves – 2
Butter Nan ( Follow Recipe given before )
For the Filling
Tuna – 1 can
Onions – 1 medium size coarsely shopped
Tomato – 1/2 a medium size, cut into small cubes
Ginger – 1/2 tsp
Garlic – 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
All spices – 1/2 tbsp
. Prepare the Butter Nans and keep aside.
. In a hot pan, saute the onions, garlic, and ginger. When color turns , add the tomatoes and saute till soft and tender.
. Then add the tuna, salt and pepper and the all spics powder and stir well.
. When the water content has evaporated completely, add the coriander leaves, mix well and keep off the flame.
.When cooled well, fill the butter nan with a tbsp of the filling and roll them.
Very tasty and a great snack for any time of the day.
