This was in-fact one of my own makings. We usually make the traditional Kerala fish curry, but somehow I wanted a change. So i just thought of some ideas to be implemented, and there….. a new curry was formed which was very very tasty. My husband has asked me to make this now more often !!!

Garlic finely chopped – 1 tbsp
Chilly powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 3/4 tsp
Meat Masala – 1/4 tsp
. Grind the coconut in a blender to make a paste and keep aside.
. Heat the pan and pour some oil. Add the ginger and garlic and saute. Once the color starts to change, add the onions and green chilies and saute till onion becomes tender and starts to change color.
. Add the spices and give a good mix. To this add the coconut mix and stir. then added the sliced tomatoes.
. Add the fish to this gravy and gently stir. Add salt.
