When on a tour or travelling, the simplest of all recipes and a good filling for morning breakfast or even for dinner. Keeps you out of starvation, yet not to heavy….
Serves – 1-2
Bread Slices – 4-6 pieces
Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
American Cheese – 1 Slice
. Heat a skillet in medium heat.Spread mayonnaise on one side of the bread and place that side on the skillet.
. Top it with cheese.Spread mayo on another slice and place the mayo side on the cheese.
. Cook for 3 mins or till bread is golden brown.
Serve it hot and if along with a smoothie, the combination is perfect.
