I have been on a long vacation and I have been doing simple recipes during my holidays. I truly enjoyed making food for my family and simple recipes were the best when being on a holiday…..Should try and enjoy for yourselves and your family would love it.
This is simple and healthy breakfast roll and keeps your tummy out of starvation till the enxt meal….
Serves – 4-6
Eggs – 6 nos
Milk – 1 Cup
Salt – 1/2 tbsp
Black Pepper – 1/4 tsp
Cooked Ham – 1 cup
Flour – 2 tbsp
Shredded Cheese – 1 cup
.Preheat the oven to 450C. If oven not available, a simple non stick pan would also do the trick.
.Beat the eggs and milk till fluffy.Add the flour, salt and pepper and beat till whisky. Pour this into a greased pan and bake for about 10-15 mins keeping an eye for them. If in a pan, keep it covered till cooked.
. Sprinkle the ham and lay them as per your choice.Sprinkle with cheese.Bake for another 5 mins more so that the cheese gets melted.Starting at a short side,roll up omelet while still in pan.Place seam side down on the serving dish.
. Similarly if this process is done on a pan, after sprinkling the ham and cheese, cover with a lid, so that the cheese gets melted and then roll the omelet.
Enjoy the delicious ham omelet and a glass of milk or juice for a healthy breakfast !!!
