Always have a healthy and balanced diet – Choose foods that are nutritious and have contents that contains substances that help in slowing down the ageing process. having a well balanced food does a lot to your face and looks. 4. Aviod Smoking – People who smoke age faster than people who do not smoke. The reason behind this is that, while you smoke, it depletes the skin from oxygen and reduces the blood flow to skin, thus making it look lifeless and unhealthy complexion. Above that it also brings in early wrinkles and loss of radiance to the face.
5. Always protect yourself from the sun – being in the sun is no good for the skin and hence always keep in mind to have your sunscreen on before stepping out into the sun. If you are allergic or tan easily, then always wear full sleeves and cover yourself from the sun as much as possible. to get the Vitamin D from the sun, the best time is to get a little exposed in the morning, when the strength of the sun is not too strong. Do not bake yourself in the sun as this may lead to wrinkles and dry skin.
6. Sleep Well – having a good nights sleep is one main key to keep one self looking good.It not only makes you feel rejuvenated but also helps in maintaining vibrant skin, rebuilding the energy levels and regenerates your body, thus slowing down the ageing process.
7. Mental exercising – Mental strength is the most powerful of all strengths. It really makes us decide on how and what we should do. Keeping your mind alert is a great task.Learn something new daily, play a mind challenging game, travel or anything else. Any task at any age is one key factor that all of us should do to keep our brains active round the clock and for quality ageing.
8. Stretch yourself – exercising for 30 mins a day is more than enough to keep you going both physically and mentally. It not only enhances your health but helps you to have a beautiful and radiant skin because when you exercise, your skin become thick giving way to more healthier collagen which enhances the strength and flexibility of the skin, thus leaving you look younger with radiant skin.
9. Clean your skin – Never forget to cleanse your skin before going to bed.Make sure you follow the cleaning, toning and moisterising rule. use face washes instead of soap, use a scrub weekly once and take home facials once a month.It does wonders on the skin.
10. Be stress free – being stressful affects in all aspects of health, well being and the arrival of wrinkles at a much earlier stage. Try finding the reasons for the stress in you and work out to reduce it by doing yoga, relaxation and meditation.Listening to soft music is one best therapy to get your stress relieved. this will help you to get the wrinkles reduced.
