A simple pudding, made by the help of a microwave and yummy to taste…
Serves – 3-4
Sugar – 1/3 cup
Cocoa – 1/4 cup
Cornstarch – 3 tbsp
Skim Milk – 2 cups
Vanilla Essence – 1 tbsp
. In a microwave safe bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the vanilla essence and mix well.
(To get a smooth consistency, add more milk if required)
. Microwave at high, uncovered for about 3 minutes. Stir in between till thick.
. Stir in the vanilla essence and pour into individual dishes.
. Refrigerate for about 2-3 hours or till set.
.Serve chilled with cream.
